Manicomio POS Project

I would consider this application my first major project. When I was 19, I was working at a pizzeria with a terrible point of sale application. When I learned my employers were looking to replace it, I figured I could do better. Written fully from scratch, I experimented with many new concepts. This was the point where I further developed my skills working with Python GUIs and SQL. I also ended up learning much more than I wanted to about receipt printers, making sure the point of sale application sent each ticket to its appropriate line (pizza, prep, bar) over the LAN after payment was received.
